These terms govern your use of ProcureMate. By creating an account you agree to them. Read carefully — and reach out at support@procuremateai.com if anything is unclear.
You may install ProcureMate cameras only in storage and supply areas you operate or have permission to monitor. You may not use the service to surveil customers, residents, patients, or employees beyond inventory tracking.
You are responsible for HIPAA compliance and any local regulations. Cameras must not capture PHI. We provide the technical safeguards; you provide the operational ones.
Many jurisdictions require posting visible notice that an area is monitored. We provide a signage template for each vertical during onboarding. You agree to post it.
We aim for high uptime but make no SLA guarantee at this stage. The camera worker auto-reconnects on stream drops, but transient outages may occur.
ProcureMate is provided "as is". AI-detected counts may have errors — always verify with the review queue before relying on them for compliance, legal, or financial reporting.
You can cancel any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our acceptable-use policy. On termination we delete your data within 24 hours.
